Karen S. Hindson is a graduate of Emory University Law School with 31 years experience.  We have offices in Charleston and Atlanta.  We have extensive experience handling federal government contracts matters on a national basis representing both government entities and private contractors.  Our goal for our individual clients is to meet your South Carolina and Georgia estate planning, business planning, and family law needs. 

Since 1991, Karen Hindson has represented hundreds of men and women in family and probate courts.  She is a certified mediator, arbitrator, and is experienced in collaborative law.  She has worked extensively with business clients in risk assessment and risk management, shareholder agreements and business planning strategies.

Karen Hindson served on active duty in the Army JAG Corps for 3 years following law school.  After leaving active duty, she continued to serve as an Army Reservist until retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1997.   During her years of private law practice, she has represented military members and their families in civilian courts in family law matters. 

The firm's Government Contracts expertise originated with Karen's time in the JAG Corps and has continued through her years in private practice.  She is certified with the SBA as a woman-owned small business and veteran-owned small business.
