She is an effective litigator and is experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration, mediation, and collaborative law. Ms. Hindson graduated from Emory University Law School and has practiced law for 31 years. She has a national practice in federal government contracts and the South Carolina and Georgia practice focuses on family law and estate planning. She is admitted to practice in all state courts as well as federal courts including United States Supreme Court and Claims Court. Lauri B. Bracey has been a civil litigation paralegal since 1987. She joined the firm in 2005. Her work includes preparation of discovery, factual investigation and communications with clients and experts. She and her husband William have a son.
Robert K. Leeth joined the firm in 1998. His duties primarily consist of government contracts work with 8(a) firms and Small Business Administration requirements, legal research, document evaluation, estate computations, assisting with Probate Court issues, and government contract reporting and compliance issues. He and his wife Marile have two children and three grandchildren.
